Noah Francis was born on June 4, 1924 at Millcreek, Missouri the son of Edward and Frona (Pippin) Francis and passed away on August 23, 2015 at Stockhoff Nursing Home in Fredericktown at the age of 91 years. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother John Francis. He is survived by his wife Dorothy (Green) Francis whom he was united in marriage to on May 23, 2007 at the United Methodist Church in Fredericktown and one daughter Connie (Bob) Coddling of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Noah served in the United States Navy and enjoyed restoring old cars and archery.
