Opal Pogue was born on September 12, 1928 at Madison County, Missouri the daughter of John and Bertha (Sikes) Wagganer and passed away on February 4, 2013 at St. Louis at the age of 84 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Hayden Pogue whom she was united in marriage on September 20, 1946 in Fredericktown, eight (8) brothers and sisters, and one grandson Mark Pogue. She is survived by two (2) sons Lonnie (Linda) Pogue of St. Louis and Tim (Connie) Pogue of Cape Girardeau, one daughter Brenda Pogue of Fredericktown, one brother Amos Wagganer of Ballwin, Missouri, and two sisters Velva Bailey of Fredericktown and Pat Chilton of St. Louis. Also four (4) grandchildren and ten (10) great grandchildren. Opal enjoyed gardening tomatoes and quilts.
