Palma Ann Mitchell was born on September 18, 1936 in Madison County.

Palma was preceded in death by her mother Alma Ann Hinkle, husband David Mitchell, whom she married on August 8, 1980, and one (1) brother Cleve Hinkle.

Palma is survived by one (1) son Stan Hinkle, two (2) daughters Loretta Hasty, Rita Ridings, special niece Beverly Hinkle, two (2) brothers Cletis Hinkle, Doyle Hinkle, four (4) sisters Suzanne Sitze, Sally Gibson, Marilyn Royer, Ruth Griggs, seven (7) grandchildren, and six (6) great-grandchildren.

Palma was of the Baptist Faith.
