Pamela Louise Rainey was born November 30, 1964 at Vista, California the daughter of Paul and Martha Louise (Springer) Simmons and passed away on January 22, 2017 at her residence in Marquand, Missouri at the age of 52 years.
Pam was preceded in death by her mother Martha Louise Simmons, her son Anthony Ray White and her life partner Bob Lavarrar.
Pam is survived by her son Austin White, daughter Marcella Dulworth and husband Chris, Three (3) brothers Malon (Teri) DeVille of Iowa, Mark Simmons of California, Johnny Wood of California, Four (4) sisters Victoria Frey of Indiana, Sharon (Jim) Berner of Indiana, Tana Wagganer of Indiana & Suzanne Easton of Tennessee. Three (3) grandchildren Dustin, Pyper & Rayni.
