Patricia Dolores Tinsley was born on March 17, 1936 at River Rouge, Michigan the daughter of Alva C. Smith and Stella (Cooper) Smith Parson and passed away on March 19, 2015 at the home of her daughter, Kathy, in Fredericktown at the age of 79 years and 2 days. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Floyd H. Tinsley whom she was united in marriage to on October 22, 1955, one sister Sandra Smith, and one nephew Kirby Shelley. She is survived by her children Ronald C. (Robin) Tinsley, Kathy K. (Mark) Allgier, Brenda L. (John) Allgier, and Lisa L. (Bryan) Allgier, siblings Mary (Larry) Shelley of Farmington, Evelyn Smith of Fredericktown, and Donald (Cheryll) Smith of Yakama, Washington, thirteen (13) grandchildren, and eighteen (18) great grandchildren. Patricia graduated from Fredericktown High School in 1955 and worked at the Tinnin Garment Factory and Douglas Drapery. She attended New Hope Free Will Baptist Church and loved jigsaw puzzles, writing to pen pals, and sending birthday cards. She was proud that one of her achievements was that she survived two previous battles with cancer.
