Paul "J.R." Stumbaugh was born on July24, 1954 at Fredericktown, the son of Paul and Katherine Stumbaugh, and passed away on June 23, 2020 at the age of 65 years.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, and two (2) infant siblings.

He is survived by his wife Marsha Stumbaugh, who he married on November 9, 1972, one (1) son Gregory Paul (Nadene Cribbs) Stumbaugh, three (3) daughters Tracy Francis, Kristie (Eddie) Barron, Paula (Gary) Lawson, five (5) brothers Mike Stumbaugh, Melvin Stumbaugh, Billy Stumbaugh, Tommy Stumbaugh, Bobby Stumbaugh, three (3) sisters Nancy Pierce, Debbie Lovins, Alice Starkey, eight (8) grandchildren, one (1) great-grandchild, and one (1) great-grandchild on the way.

Paul was of the Christian Faith, and he enjoyed hunting, fishing, ham radio (KC0MHM), and racing.
