Paula Charlene Stevens was born May, 24, 1964 at Sikeston, Missouri the daughter of Charles and Alberta (Lynch) Adcock and passed away on August 22, 2021 at Fredericktown at the age of 57 years.

Paula was preceded in death by her father, and sister Pat Cain.

Paula is survived by her husband Galen Stevens who she married on May 27, 1988 at Fredericktown. Paula is also survived by One (1) son Logan Stevens and One (1) daughter Haley (Clay) Hendrix, Two (2) sisters Penny (Mike) Gifford and Pamela Smith and Two (2) grandchildren.

Paula was a member of the First Baptist Church. Her interests God, Kids, Grandkds and family.
