Paulett Fay (Sikes) Young was born January 23, 1943 at St. Louis, Missouri the daughter of Archie Gilbert and Anna Mary (White) Sikes, and passed away on September 4, 2017 at St. Francis Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 74 years.

Paulett was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Gerald Young whom she married on June 25, 1976 at Mill Creek, Missouri, her brother Marvin "Sonny" Sikes and sister-in-law Terry Sikes.

Paulett is survived by her son Dale W. Kemp and daughter Kim Felton. Brother Eddie Sikes and sister Doris Jean Macanufo. Two (2) grandchildren Mark & Michael Felton.

Paulett operated a sea shell shop, was a candle carver and a school bus driver, who enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping.
