Phyllis Laverne Clark was born April 20, 1930, at Fredericktown, MO, the daughter of O. V. and Rose (King) Stumbaugh, and passed away February 19, 2026.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, spouse Henry (Dick) Clark, Two (2) brothers John Howard Stumbaugh, Harry Gene Stumbaugh and One (1) grandson Alex Clark.

Phyllis is survived by One (1) son, Mike Clark, Two (2) daughters, Kathy Delp and Barb Stuck, Nine (9) grandchildren, Tomi (Steve) Lambert, Lee (Bekka) Johnson, Jennifer (Jarrod) Heathcote, Matt (Jacque) Delp, Robbie (Lisa) Stuck, Leslie (Dan) Lake, Megan (Michael) Weber, Becca (Michael) Mason, Erin Clark, wife of the late Alex Clark, Twenty-four (24) great grandchildren and One (1) Great- great grandchild.

Phyllis enjoyed quilting, playing rummy, crocheting and reading.

Interment to be held at Liberty-Polk Cemetery.
