Phyllis Lorene Jones was born November 9, 1941 at Norfolk, Arkansas the daughter of Luther Lackey and Irene (Ricchey) Lackey and passed away on May 13, 2018 at Farmington, Missouri at the age of 76 years.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, step-son Michael Jones husbands Brian Kuntz and Robert C. Jones who died on October 21, 1998.
Phyllis is survived her life partner Steven Tidwell, son Steven Kuntz of Denver, CO., brother Bruce Lackey, niece Shelly Scheibert, nephew Jeff Lackey. Step-sons Joe Jones & Ed Jones. Several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
