Preston Chipman was born on June 10, 1927 at Lake City, Arkansas, the son of John and Jenny Belle Chipman, and passed away on February 26, 2020 at Fredericktown.

Preston was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Mildred Louise Chipman who he married on December 20, 1947 at St. louis, Missouri, and one (1) son Kenneth P. Chipman.

Preston is survived by children Joyce (James) Morrison, Keith (Rebecca) Chipman, Dale (Sheila) Chipman, and Cheryl (Scott) Carter.

Preston was a well-known barber in the Fredericktown area.
