Raegail Lyn McDowell Motsinger was born February 7, 1964 at St. Louis, Missouri the daughter of Charles & Marla Rae (Yount) McDowell and passed away on August 2, 2012 at Poplar Bluff, Missouri at the age of 48 years.
Raegail was preceded in death by her father Charles McDowell, maternal grandparents, Dale & Mildred Yount, and Henry & Doll McDowell, also her father-in-law Charlie Motsinger.
Raegail married Scott Motsinger on August 14, 1988 at the First Freewill Baptist Church. Raegail is survived by her husband Scott Motsinger, One (1) son Charles Scott Motsinger, One (1) daughter Olivia Raegail Taylor and husband Zack Taylor. One (1) brother Jeff (Rachael) McDowell, One (1) sister Leslie (Gerry) Stephens. Two (2) grandchildren Ellie Mae Taylor and Audrey Rae Taylor.
Raegail was a member of Fellowship General Baptist church of Poplar Bluff.
Raegail enjoyed cooking, sewing, quilting, stained glass, gardening and family history. She was a member of the D.A.R.
