Raymond Leslie Wiser was born on January 19, 1942 at Carlinville, Illinois, the son of Victor Lyle and Minnie Ruth Wiser, and passed away on November 25, 2022, at the age of 80 years.

Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, fourteen (14) siblings, James, Charles, Leonard, Stanley, Herbert, William, Robert, Donald, Kenneth, Norma, Mary Martha, Ruth, and Ellen.

Raymond is survived by his wife Marilyn Allice (Jeffries) Wiser, who he married on January 19, 1963 at Granite City, Illinois, three (3) sons James Wiser, David Wiser, William Wiser, two (2) daughters, Lisa Hovis, Lora Dehner, one (1) sister Ruby Thomas, fifteen (15) grandchildren, Matthew, Cody, Cole, Emily, Allison, Alicia, Rachel, Ethan, Joey, Jacob, Evan, Ashton, Aubrey, Luke, William, and ten (10) great-grandchildren.

Raymond was of the Baptist Faith, and he enjoyed hunting, fishing with grandkids, and small engines.
