Rebecca Evans was born on February 15, 1947 at Mount Vernon, Illinois, the daughter of Grover Cox and Alice Bradford, and passed away on September 2, 2021 at the age of 74 years.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her parents, three (3) brothers Robert "Bobby" Cox, Kevin Grogan, Tony Cox and one (1) grandson Timothy Evans.

Rebecca is survived by her step-mother Phylis Cox, two (2) sons John Evans, Tony Evans, three (3) daughters Rebecca Compton, Monica Shepard, Crystal Martin, one (1) brother Tim Grogan, two (2) sisters Paulette Roberts, Kathleen Grogan, thirteen (13) grandchildren and six (6) great-grandchildren.

Rebecca was of the Baptist Faith and enjoyed The Young and the Restless and Elvis.
