Reginald H. "Reggie" Starkey was born May 17, 1925 at Fredericktown the son of William Frank and Carrie Bell (Harwell) Starkey and passed away on January 2, 2015 at Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 89 years.
Reggie was preceded in death by his parents. One brother Harold Starkey, Four (4) sisters Grace Kidder, Florence Dowd, Pauline, & Mary Lou Bohs.
Reggie married Mary Lee (Charlton) Starkey on September 26, 1948 Pocahontas, Arkansas.
Reggie is survived by his wife Mary Lee, three (3) sons Harold (Cathy) Starkey, Roger Starkey & Frankie (Martie) Starkey. Six (6) grandchildren, Five (5) step-grandchildren, Ten (10) great grandchildren & Ten (10) step-great grandchildren.
Reggie enjoyed hunting, fishing and all sports.
