Regina Sharlene Coomer welch was born Welch was born January 4, 1957 at Louisville, Kentucky the daughter of Lonnie L. Coomer and Dorothy M. (King) Harper and passed away on July 28, 2020 in St. Louis, Missouri at the age 63 years.

Regina was preceded in death by one (1) sister, Sandy Wall.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Dorothy and Cecil Harper, One (1) daughter, Melissa Welch, one (1) granddaughter, Narue and five (5) sisters, Brenda (Marcus) Johnson, Janice (Mike) Bumgardner, Loretta Gloer, Debbie (David) Tuttle and Vicky Tuttle. Also surviving are three (3) stepsisters, Sheila (Craig) Hendee, Karen (Roger) Murray and Yvonna (Joe) Heibel and three (3) stepbrothers, Cecil Harper Jr, Dean Harper, Jeffrey Harper and numerous nieces and nephews.

Regina enjoyed singing, dancing, being with her family and especially enjoyed talking with her sisters and her mother
