Richard Jay Lutman was born on March 3, 1955 at St. Louis, Missouri the son of Charles A. Lutman and Ruby (Zinselmier) Hirte and passed away at his residence in Fredericktown on May 21, 2013 at the age of 58 years. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Vickey Lutman. Richard is survived by two sons Jesse D. Lutman of Melbourne, Florida and Matthew Jay Lutman of Fredericktown and two brothers Jack Lutman of San Diego, California and Charley Lutman of St. Louis, Missouri. Richard enjoyed counseling friends, family, and anyone that was seeking enlightenment.
