Richard Scott Moser was born March 1, 1966 at Fredericktown, Missouri the son of Robert Lee and Vivian Ruth (Day) Moser and passed away on October 21, 2010 in Fredericktown.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents.
Richard is survived by his wife Christina Moser whom he married on May 21, 1992 Three children Richard Lee Moser, Veronica Moser and Greggory James Haskell. One (1) brother Robert James Moser and One (1) sister Sonya Miller, uncles Jerry (Betsy) Moser, Darryl (Dana) Moser, Dan (Paula) Moser, Skip (Linda) Day, John (Bert) Day, as well as Several cousins, nieces, nephews, and a large host of friends.
Richard enjoyed fishing, cars and hauling wood & mulch.
