Richard Lee Rowland was born December 2, 1950 at Mexico, Missouri the son of Harold Wayne Rowland and Ida Louise (Jones) Ward and passed away on February 2, 2020 at Fredericktown at the age of 69 years.

Richard was preceded in death by his father.

Richard is survived by his mother Ida Louise (Jones) Ward, Two (2) sons Erik Rowland & Adam Rowland and One (1) daughter Erin (Cory Matthews) Rowland, One (1) brother Ronald Rowland, nephews Robert & James Rowland. One grandchild Amirah Rowland.

Richard was of the Christian Faith and enjoyed fishing, gardening, botany, spending time with children and granddaughter

Richard was a U.S. Marine and did Tour of Duty in Vietnam where he was a P.O.W.
