Richard Wayne Shafer was born October 18, 1956 at Fredericktown, Missouri the son of Earl Lee and Elsie (Gipson) Shafer and passed away on October29, 2022 in Kansas at the age of 66 years.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents, brother Bobby Shafer.
He is survived by One (1) son Richard Wayne "Ricky" Shaffer Jr., Two (2) daughters Amanda Claus and Mendy Rawson. One (1) brother Tommy Shafer. Grandchildren Dawson Claus, Abbagail Claus, Logan Claus, Tirah Lefler, Skyla Shaffer, Richard "Ricky" Shaffer III, Jaelyn Rawson and Morgan Rawson.
