Robert "Bob" Starkey was born on May 29, 1940 at Marquand, Missouri, the son of Roy and Nellie Starkey, and passed away on May 1, 2022 at the age of 81 years.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, one (1) brother Marvin Starkey, and one (1) sister Mary Jane (Starkey) Stonehouse.

Bob is survived by his wife Betty (Mouser) Starkey, one (1) daughter Pamela Jean (Tony) Helm, two (2) sons Randy Gene (Margi Jones) Starkey, Steve (Angie) Starkey, three (3) brothers Melvin (Bessa Lee) Starkey, Roy E. "Bud" (Lois) Starkey, William "Bill" (Linda) Starkey, four (4) sisters Della Rhodes, Joan Stevens, Pearl Sitze, Patricia Deguire, five (5) grandchildren Cody Moyers, Kyle Moyers, Ashley Starkey, Meghan Starkey, Colton Starkey, and six (6) great-grandchildren, Cooper Moyers, Caiden Moyers, Colson Moyers, Cambry Moyers, Suede Swearengin, and Denton Swearengin.

Bob was a member and trustee of Mt. View Church in Marquand, he enjoyed Cardinals baseball, traveling and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
