Robert M. "Bob" McKinnis was born on January 19, 1922 at Oak Grove, Missouri the son of Wade and Minnie (Johnson) McKinnis and passed away on February 15, 2013 at Fredericktown at the age of 91 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, five (5) brothers, and five (5) sisters. Bob is survived by his wife Norma (Boren), whom he was united in marriage to on April 2, 1949 at Fredericktown, one (1) son Steve (Vicki) McKinnis of Fredericktown, two (2) daughters Susan (Ron) Hedrick of Arnold, Missouri and Sally (Frank) Rieger of St. Louis, Missouri, and one(1) sister Dorothy Brotherton of Ironton, Missouri. Also eight (8) grandchildren and ten (10) great grandchildren. He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church and enjoyed gardening, baseball, golfing, and outdoors. Bob was a World War II veteran and served as a medic in Europe from 1942-1945.
