Rock Saphian was born November 26th,1955 in St. Louis, MO the son of Anita Jackson and Mark Saphian. Rock passed away peacefully in his home in Fredericktown, MO surrounded by his family on November 20th, 2023, at the age of 67. Rock was preceded in death by both of his parents. He is survived by his wife Peggy Saphian whom he married October 18th, 2006 in Myrtle Beach, SC 2 sons Matt and wife Ashley Saphian of Huntsville, MO and Michael and wife Ashley Siliven of Fredericktown, MO 4 daughters Amanda Montgomery and significant other Justin Saffell, Nicole King and significant other Jeremy Jarrett, Nakota Saphian all of Fredericktown, MO and Brianna Johnson of Florissant, MO. 1 sister Liz Shear of Fredericktown, Mo and 1 brother Josh and wife Sandy Shear of Miami, FL. Rock has 11 grandchildren Austin and Kiersten Saphian of Huntsville, MO, Gabby Montgomery of Farmington, Mo, Jake and Maddy Saffell, Brad Siliven, Dalton, Colton, Lacey (Bug) King, Willow and Noah Whited all of Fredericktown, Mo. Rock enjoyed playing video games and watching movies (horror and superhero were his favorite) with his grand babies, he was an amazing artist who could paint, draw, or sculpt just about anything, and time spent with his family. Rock did security for many years in California and Missouri, but he also worked on low budget movies doing makeup while he lived in Miami. Rock was an amazing man who touched many lives throughout his years working for the children's homes amongst other places. He could brighten your day with his dry sense of humor, his contagious smile and laugh, or the world's best hugs. Rock was unlike anyone, and he will be missed deeply by his family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers the family has an account set up at First State Community Bank for the 2 youngest grandchildren that are in his and his wife's care. Rocks main concern to the very end was making sure they were taken care of.
