Ronald Lee Ward was born August 8, 1942 at Fredericktown the son of Melbourne R. and Lillian E. (Lamb) Ward, and passed away on May 3, 2023 at Fredericktown at the age of 80 years.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, brothers-in-law Perry Kegley, John Edward King, Stephen Joseph King and Larry Korokis.

Ron is survived by his wife Janet King Ward who he married on January 5, 1964 at New Providence Church in Fredericktown. Their children Julie (Dereck) Buford and Rhonda (David) White both of Fredericktown and Janell (Travis) Rehkop of Farmington. Sister Carolyn Kegley of Fredericktown. Five (5) grandchildren Dawson Buford, Josiah White, Nathanael White, Carson Buford and Gabriel White.

Ronnie taught in the Fredericktown R-1 School District in High School Biology for 29 years. He drove a bus for 26 years, and taught GED classes for 20 years.

Ronnie attended New Providence United Baptist Church, was cattle farmer, enjoyed hunting, teaching and sports.
