Roxie Ann Miller was born on September 10, 1920 at Saco, Missouri the daughter of Lacey and Ollie (Arnold) Spain and passed away on December 17, 2013 at Madison Medical Center in Fredericktown at the age of 93 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Leo Spain, and her husband Jess Miller whom she was united in marriage to on June 26, 1942 at the Ironton Court House in Ironton, Missouri. She is survived by three daughters Evelyn Cox of Annapolis, Missouri, Doris Seitz of Fredericktown, and Melba Miller of Fredericktown, two grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. Roxie was a member of the New Home General Baptist Church in Saco and enjoyed gardening and flowers, sewing, quilting, and cooking.
