Ruth Ann Halbrook Francis was born March 24, 1956 at Glen Allen, Missouri the daughter of James P. and Sylvia (Breakfield) Halbrook, and passed away on March 10, 2024 in Fredericktown, Missouri at the age of 67 years.

Ruth Ann was preceded in death by her daughter Brandi, her husband Donald Francis, a brother Gary and sister Barbara, four (4) nephews.

Ruth Ann is survived by Three (3) brothers, Roger (Helen) Halbrook of Patton, Mo., James Halbrook Jr. of Marquand, Mo. and William (Tammy) Halbrook Sr. of Marquand, Mo. One (1) sister Gloria Halbrook (Gary) Lassen of Granite City, IL.

Ruth Ann was of the Christian Faith, she enjoyed reading, was a volunteer at the nursing home with activities and was big in selling pecans for her church.
