Ruth Ann (White) Foulon was born March 25, 1941 at Orlando, Florida the daughter of Emmett and Lou Ella (Beasley) Halpin and passed away on June 1, 2016 at Skaggs Farm in Fredericktown at the age of 75 years. Ruth Ann was united in marriage to Paul White Jr. on February 7, 1959 at Orlando, Florida and to this union was born four children Terry Lynn White, Douglas Paul White, Patrick (Jody) Joseph White, and Melissa (Missy) Gay Skaggs. After Paul's death she married Thomas Josue Foulon on March 10, 1977 at Fredericktown. She is preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, two sons Terry Lynn White and Douglas Paul White, one brother Jim Halpin, and two sisters Mary Lou Bumbalough and Linda Mae Halpin. Ruth Ann is survived by one son Patrick (Jody) Joseph White of Tucson, Arizona, one daughter Melissa (Missy) Gay Skaggs of Fredericktown, five brothers Daniel Halpin, Stanley Halpin, Donnie Halpin, Pete Halpin, and Mike Halpin all of Fredericktown, six sisters Susie Abrigo, Debby Boone and Tracy Edmonds all of Fredericktown, Patty Davis of St. Louis, Lynn Davis of Desloge, and Barbie Thompson of Manhattan, Kansas, five grandchildren Josh Skaggs, Eli Skaggs, Adrienne White, Ashley White, and Cayci White, and two great grandchildren Gunner Skaggs and Stella Skaggs. She was of the Christian faith and enjoyed gardening, flowers, rock gathering, and spending time with her grandchildren and dogs.
