Sandra May Fadler was born December 2, 1949, at Fredericktown, MO, the daughter of Melvin Stevens and Mary Belle (Young) Bollinger and passed away June 25, 2026, at the age of 76.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents and twin sister Donna K. Hankins.

Sandra is survived by her husband Ronald Fadler, who she married on February 27, 1972, one (1) niece Megan Hankins, one (1) brother in law John Hankins, numerous cousins and a host of friends many of whom she met during her working at the hospitals.

Sandra is of the Lutheran faith.

Sandra worked in the lab at Madison Medical Center for 30 years and Parkland Health Center for 14 years before retiring.

Sandra was a loving wife and sister and will be missed by many.
