Sandra Vivian St. Clair was born August 3, 1946 in St. Louis, Missouri the daughter of Elmer and Azalee (Howerton) Gatlin and passed away on December 20, 2023 in Fredericktown at the age of 77 years.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, an infant child Swiney, daughters Toya Moore, Sondra Rogers, and step - sons Chris Swiney and Scott Swiney. Six (6) grandchildren Charity, Jesse, Timothy, Billy, Neonia and Cherokee.

Sandra is survived by her husband Roger St. Clair who she married on July 24, 1996 at Libertyville, Missouri. Two sons Harold "Bear" (Susan) Swiney Jr., Eddie (Deborah) Swiney, One (1) daughter Lynn (Marty) Swiney, a brother Kevin Gatlin and a sister Felicia Gilliam. Twenty (20) grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Sandra was of the Baptist Faith. She enjoyed flowers, especially red roses, her grandchildren and Pug dogs.
