Scott Murphy Kirkpatrick was born on January 4, 1967 at Bonne Terre, Missouri the son of Lonnie M. and Mary L. (Blackenter) Kirkpatrick and passed away on August 22, 2013 at his residence in Arcadia at the age of 46 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, his grandparents Milford and Marie Kirkpatrick, and father and mother-in-law Bill and Melvia Dougherty. Scott is survived by his wife Mary Lou (Dougherty) Kirkpatrick whom he was united in marriage to on Junuary 7, 1992 at Belleview, Missouri. He is survived by his wife; one son Raymond Kirkpatrick of Arcadia; four daughters Angel (Brandon) Barnes of Chula Vista, California, Mary Lee Kirkpatrick of Caledonia, Amanda Kirkpatrick of Arcadia, and Jessica Kirkpatrick of Arcadia; three brothers Ray Kirkpatrick of Desloge, Shawn (Renee) Stroup of Bourbon, and Shane Stroup of Cuba; one sister Leann Kirkpatrick of Arcadia, and one grandchild Gracelynn. Scott enjoyed hunting, fishing, and music.
