Scott Edward Skinner was born November 23, 1971 at Fayette, Missouri the son of Chuck and Dorothy Cofer, and passed away on November 6, 2009 at Carbondale Memorial Hospital at the age of 37 years.
Scott is survived by his parents, his wife Pam Skinner of Carbondale, Illinois, two (2) sons Anthony, and Devin Woods of Carbondale, Illinois, five (5) brothers Tom, Brian, Pete, Chris Cofer all of Fredericktown, Jim Cofer of Eureka, Missouri, Two (2) sisters Shelly May, and Sheila Cofer both of Fredericktown.
Scott was very proud of his service to our country, having served in both the Navy, and Army.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday November 11, 2009 at the Follis & Sons Funeral Home.

Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday November 11, 2009 at the Follis & Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Wesley Knight officiating.
