Spencer "Craig" Blanchard was born on July 17, 1956 at Rockford, Illinois, the son of Spencer J. and Eleanor T. Blanchard, and passed away on April 2, 2020 at Fredericktown, Missouri at the age of 63 years.

Craig was preceded in death by his father, and one (1) sister Teresa Blanchard.

Craig is survived by his wife Joanne Blanchard, who he married on December 11, 1976 at Ebenezer Church in Oregon, Illinois, one (1) daughter Carrie Blanchard, two (2) grandchildren Jessica Camling, Rebecca Marchal, and two (2) nephews Mark Webster and Matthew Webster.

Craig was of the Christian Faith was retired from the U.S. Army Reserves where he attained the rank of Master Sergeant, and enjoyed carpentry, had volunteered for state disasters, and enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.

Burial was held in Ebenezer Cemetery in Oregon, Illinois on April 6, 2020 and a memorial service is to be scheduled at a later time this year.
