Stanta Maria Stephens was born December 16, 1953 in Rapid City, South Dakota the daughter of Stan & Eunice L. (Knuckles) Chatman and passed away on March 6, 2014 at her residence at Bismarck, Missouri at the age of 60 years. Stanta was preceded in death by One (1) son Justin Minx, step-fathers Charles J. Medley & Vernon Edmond. Stanta is survived by her significant other Daniel C. Roark, Two (2) sons Joshua D. Minx of Fredericktown and Jacob D. Minx of Wichita Falls, Texas. One (1) daughter Sarah E. Minx of Desloge, Mo. Sisters and brothers Sandie Mahon of Desoto, Mo., Steve Chatman of Lawrence, Kansas, Michele Chatman Allen of St. Louis, and Eddie Calvert of North Carolina. Also sister-in-law Luicinda Calvert of Bismarck, Mo. Grandchildren Morgan, Tyler, Bailey, Rilee, Bladen, Ian, Payton, and Logan. Stanta enjoyed singing, camping, traveling & yard sales.
