Stephenie Dorenda (Means) Webb was born on December 30, 1975 at Madison County, the daughter of Otis and Rose (Stephens) Means and passed away on June 7, 2013 at her residence in Fredericktown at the age of 37 years. She was preceded in death by her father Otis Means Sr. and one brother James Roy Means. Shephenie was united in marriage to Steven E. Webb on May 19, 2000 at Carlyle, Illinois. She is survived by her mother Rose, her husband Steven, two (2) sons Joshua Carns and Stephen Webb both of Fredericktown, two (2) brothers Otis (Joan) Means Jr. of Fredericktown and Joseph (Lisa) Means of Benson, Arizona, and two (2) sisters Judy (Mark) Foster of Perryville and Deborah Ann Vaughn. Stephenie was a member of the Bethel United Baptist Church and enjoyed crafting, home decorating, spending time with her family and her boys, and working as a Registered Nurse for seven years in home health.
