Tamela Diane Snell was born August 21, 1961 at Fredericktown the daughter of Wm. Jack Cotton and Darlene Ruth (Tucker) McCarver and passed away on May 10, 2015 at the Siteman Cancer Center in St. Louis at the age of 53 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, her grandparents Richard and Beulah Tucker and Bill and Hazel Cotton, and her step father John McCarver Sr. She is survived by her step-mother Shirley Cotton, three daughters Felicia Fulkerson, Monica Malloy, and Tasha Snell, two brothers Billy Cotton and Richard McCarver, three sisters Angela Asberry, Monique Cotton, and Kimberly Spangler, and eight grandchildren. She was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed fishing, playing cards, bowling, camping, bingo, making jewelry, and most of all enjoyed being an artist.
