Tammy Lynn Starkey was born August 21, 1973 at Chaffee, Missouri the daughter of Jesse Calvin and Patricia Rose (Brooks) Starkey and passed away on February 22, 2015 at Portageville, Missouri at the age of 41 years.
Tammy was preceded in death by her father Jesse Calvin Starkey.
Tammy is survived by her daughter Chelsea R. Starkey, brother Jeffrey (Beth) Wells, sisters Lori (Larry) Matlock, Sonya Starkey & Valerie (Kenny) Phipps.
Tammy was of the Christian Faith and enjoyed camping, fishing, and cleaning house.
