Thee Otis Cook was born May, 18, 1939 in Calhoun County, Alabama the son of Thee Otis and Flora Etta (Taylor) Cook Sr.,and passed away on February 3, 2009 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Festus, Missouri at the age of 69 years.
Thee Otis was preceded in death by his parents.
Thee Otis married Constance (Coello) Cook on August 30,1958 in St. Louis, Missouri.
Thee Otis is survived by his wife Connie Cook,One (1) son Derek Lee Cook of Fredericktown, Two (2) daughters Debra Ann Clarke of Lake St. Louis, Missouri and Darra Lynn Evans of O'Fallon, Missouri. Three (3) sisters Mary Colyer of Sarssoto, FL., Francis Fowler of Monroe, GA., & Gearldine Murphy of mcdonugh, GA. Ten (10) grandchildren.
Thee Otis was a member of Open Door Tabernacle Church. He enjoyed Metal Art.
Services were held on February 6, 2009 at Follis & Sons Funeral Home. Interment Beyond The Open Door Cemetery. Pastor Johnny Hill officiating. Pallbearers Edward Clarke, Robert evans, Derek Cook, Johnny Kirk, Doug Meeks & John Miller
