Thelma Ann Kennedy was born on February 15, 1939 at Three Rivers, Michigan the daughter of Pierson Fikes and Reba (Pryor) Downs and passed away on June 30, 2014 at her residence at Fredericktown at the age of 75 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jimmie Kennedy whom she was united in marriage to on March 5, 1955 at the Lemp Mansion in St. Louis, and one son John David Kennedy. Thelma is survived by two sons David Kennedy and Kenneth (Heidi) Kennedy both of Fredericktown, one daughter Marilyn Zimmerman of Fredericktown, one brother Norman (Bobbie) Fikes of Bastrop, Texas, six grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. She was of the Christian faith and enjoyed spending time with her family and cooking.
