Thelma Jo (Myers) Sitzes was born on April 1, 1934, at Buckhorn, Missouri, the daughter of Roscoe and Grace Myers, and passed away on September 11, 2023, at the age of 89 years.

Thelma Jo was preceded in death by her parents, her husband J.F. Sitzes, who she married on March 20, 1954, at Buckhorn, and two (2) brothers, Bill Myers, and Aubrey Myers.

Thelma Jo is survived by one (1) son Deryll (Kathy) Sitzes, one (1) daughter, Debbie (Mike) Howard, four (4) grandsons, and ten (10) great-grandchildren.

Thelma Jo was of the Baptist Faith, and she enjoyed sewing, cooking, collecting things, her birds, and she really enjoyed her years in Destin, Florida.
