Todd Robert Smith was born February 18, 1975 at Jefferson City, Missouri the son of Billy Jack and Janet Donnell Smith and passed away on September 15, 2018 in St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 43 years.
Todd was preceded in death by grandparents Roy and Vivian Lorene Donnell and Robert and Eva Smith and his father-in-law Dr. Victor Bentinganan
Todd married Vernette Bentinganan on May 27, 2000 at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Fredericktown, Missouri. He is survived by his wife Vernette Smith, children Malia Smith and Louis Smith, parents Billy Jack & Janet Donnell Smith of Jefferson City, Missouri, sister Aimee Smith of Jefferson City, Missouri.
Todd was a retired U. S. Air Force Veteran. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, nature, watching news and history.
