Tonja Francis was born on June 25, 1959, at Fredericktown, the daughter of Delmar and Pat (Brotherton) Cureton, and passed away on October 15, 2025, at the age of 66 years.

Tonja was preceded in death by her parents, and numerous aunts and uncles.

Tonja is survived by her husband Danny Francis, who she married on March 21, 1981, at Calvary Temple Church in Fredericktown, one (1) son, Steven Francis, one (1) daughter, Nicole (Perry) Arnold, and two (2) brothers, Scott (Linda) Cureton, and Curt (Missy) Cureton.

Tonja was of the Methodist Faith, and she enjoyed true crime shows, drawing, plants, and her family.
