Travis John Lewis was born October 25, 1976 at Fredericktown the son of David R. Lewis and Linda (Pickert) Link and passed away on April 16, 2013 at Fredericktown at the age of 36 years. He was preceded in death by his great grandmother Minnie Barks and grandparents Vernon and Mae Pickert. Travis is survived by his parents, his wife Amanda Dawn "Mandy" (Francis) Lewis, one daughter Emma Lewis, one step-daughter Whitleigh (Mills) Whitener, one step grandson William Clark Whitener, one brother David R. (Cherie) Lewis Jr, and grandparents Wilma Lewis and Herb Lewis. Travis enjoyed hunting and spending time with his family and friends.
