Tristin James Wood was born on February 6, 1998 at Fredericktown, Missouri the son of Clinton James and Nicole Lang (Currat) Wood and passed away on June 17, 2014 at Randles, Missouri at the age of 16 years. He is survived by his parents; his Uncle Ken and Aunt Deb Statler, one brother Dalton Wood, and one sister McKenzie Wood all of Marquand; grandparents Lindell and Sally Wood and Elizabeth Bird; and his teammates the Greenville Bears. Tristin was of the Christian faith and loved basketball and deer hunting.
