V. Janice Durbin's Obituary
Vivian Janice Durbin was born July 15, 1933 at Mine LaMotte, the daughter of Lloyd Glenwood and Blanche Elizabeth (Scott) Rogers, and passed away on July 23, 2010 at St. Clare Hospital in Fenton at the age of 77 years.
Janice is preceded in death by her parents, and one (1) daughter Mary Elizabeth Durbin Standley.
Janice is survived by her husband Lloyd, whom she married on December 4, 1952 at Mine LaMotte, one (1) son Roger (Tamera) Durbin of Farmington, one (1) brother James Rogers of Mine LaMotte, one (1) sister Phyllis (Clyde) Berry of Bonne Terre, five (5) grandchildren, six (6) great-grandchildren, and a large host of friends.
Janice was a member of Frederickown Freewill Baptist Church, and she enjoyed singing, playing the piano, teaching piano, and being a ministers wife.
VISITATION: after 5:00 P.M. Monday July 26, 2010 at the Follis & Sons Funeral Home.
SERVICES: 1:00 P.M. Tuesday July 27, 2010 at the Fredericktown First Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Ben Durbin and Rev. Rick Pirtle officiating.
INTERMENT: Mine LaMotte Cemetery.
