Velva Joan Rauls was born January 27, 1937 at Silvermines, Missouri the daughter of Joseph Washington and Melinda Evelyn (Park) Williams and passed away on October 9, 2009 at Madison Medical Center in Fredericktown at the age of 72 years.
Joan was preceded in death by her parents, Son Stanley Thomas Matthews, brothers Ed, Jim, Joe, Jackie & Harold, sisters Lola & Dollie.
Joan married William Charles Rauls on April 2, 1986 at Fredericktown.
Joan is survived by her husband Bill Rauls, Four (4) daughters Theresa Dodson of Wister, Oklahoma,Tammy Matthews of Union, Missouri, Pamela Julius of Union, Missouri and Lisa West of Jewett, Missouri. Two (2) sisters Doretta Cardott of Morris, Illinois and Nora Lee Burch of Pontoon Beach. Illinois. Fifteen (15) grandchildren and Twenty Two (22) great grandchildren.
Joan was a member of Mountain View Mission. She enjoyed antiques, quilting & yard sales.
