Virginia Isabel Hovis was born on December 22, 1930 at Cascade, Missouri the daughter of Arthur L. and Minnie Belle (Johnson) Hovis and passed away on May 11, 2015 at Stockhoff Nursing Home in Fredericktown at the age of 84 years. She was preceded in death by her parents. Virginia was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church.
