William Charles "Bill" Pugh Conrad was born September 9, 1945 in St. Louis, Missouri. He was the son of William Charles and Madeline (Barrett) Pugh and step father Paul Conrad passed away on August 4, 2017 at Farmington, Missouri the age of 71 years after a long hard-fought battle.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents and step father, sister Patty Dees.

Bill married Betty Lou (Adkinson) Garrett Conrad on November 3, 1979 in Fredericktown. He is survived by his wife Betty Conrad, daughter & son-in-law Nicki Conrad Kraust-Schmitt (Doug) and grandchildren Christopher Kraust, Randi (Kraust) Shipman (James), great grandchildren Isla Shipman & Arlo Shipman. Daughter Sandy Garrett, daughter Madeline (Conrad) Garcia (Tony), grandchildren Asa Conrad, Samantha Garcia & Solomon Garcia. Son Scott Garrett, grandchildren Brandon Garrrett (Tracey), Elizabeth Garrett, Teadon Muller. Brother & sisters Rodney Conrad (Bonnie), Pam Conrad & Lynn Conrad.

Bill was a U.S. Marine Veteran a graduate of the School of Hard Knocks. His employment included Best Father ever, other jobs were Air Products Truck Driver, mechanic, Amway salesman, auctioneer, water hauler, produce vendor, worm farmer and Pastor. He lived in California, Texas & Missouri his last residence was Fredericktown and he now resides in Heaven. Anyone who met him couldn't help but love him.
