William Ernie Duncan was born January 2, 1941 at Higdon, Missouri the son of Rufus Ernest and Virginia Mae (Whitworth) Duncan and passed away on April 15, 2009 at his residence in Patton, Missouri at the age of 68 years.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents.
Bill married Shirley Berry on January 23, 1962 at the First Assembly of God Church in Fredericktown.
Bill is survived by his wife Shirley Duncan, One (1) son Ronald Duncan, Two (2) sisters Pat Easley and Clara Evans. Three (3) grandchildren Austin Duncan, Shaina Duncan & Ashley Tinsley. Two (2) great grandchildren Riley and McKinna.
Bill retired on October 31, 1980 from the U.S. Army with 21-1/2 years of service.
