Willie B. Smalley was born August 17, 1916 at Datto, Arkansas the daughter of Arthur & Goldie (Hester) Boyer and passed away on October 26, 2011 in Fredericktown, Missouri at the age of 95. Willie was the wife of retired Arkansas State Police Sergeant Thomas Smalley who preceded her in death. Willie was also preceded in death by one son Thomas Ray "Spike" Smalley, her parents, two (2) sisters Desma and Virginia Boyer, five (5) brothers Lloyd, Howard, A.R., Bud, and Farrel Boyer. Willie is survived by one brother Kenneth Boyer of Wildwood, Missouri, two (2) sisters Betty Faulkner and husband Bob of Fredericktown, Missouri and Jo Harig of Florissant, Missouri, and two (2) sisters-in-law Vivian Boyer of Overland, Missouri and Shirley Boyer of Vista, California.Also many nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends are left to mourn her passing. Willie enjoyed puzzles, cards, and working at the dress shop prior to her retirement. She was a member of the 1st Baptist Church in Fredericktown.
