Wilma Dean Ammon 76, of Fredericktown died Monday, August 31, 2015. She was born April 2, 1939 in Madison County, the youngest of Charles and Myrtle (Tripp) Umfleet, Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, four brothers, her husband Raymond, a son Kevin, and great granddaughter Kali Ammon.
Survivors include her daughter, Brenda (Steve) Ferguson of Fredericktown, grandchildren Casey Jo (Keith) Burch of Farmington, Nathan (Katie) Ammon, Rikki Ammon all of Cape Girardeau and Jordan Ray Ammon of Winter Park, Florida, great grandchildren Ty and Brody Burch, Tatum and Nora Ammon. A brother, Jerry (Ethel) Umfleet, several nieces and nephews and their spouses. A sister-in-law Margarite Lawrence of San Jose, California.
Wilma retired from Wal-Mart after 20 years of service. She enjoyed watching HGTV, Wheel of Fortune and spending time with her grandkids.
